2024-6-17 - Storefront Update: Soft Relaunch of the New Dokimerch Website
Thank you for visting the Dokimerch store and for your constant support of Dokibird.
Our website has been updated to have a more professional look, better navigation, and informational panels.
Many thanks to the web development staff who helped us in developing the new website, as well as provided assistance in testing and launching the new layout.
While we unfortunately do not have any new products to launch with this storefront redesign, as we are still in the process of fulfilling our current backlog per our other 2024-6-17 notice; rest assured that there are new items in-the-works or in-waiting to be launched.

2024-6-17 - Notice of Delays in Shipments of "Rob A Bank" and "Doki Lunar New Year" Merchandise
Thank you for visting the Dokimerch store and for your constant support of Dokibird.
Our initial shipment date was greatly underestimated and we apologize for the inconvenience. Currently we are working towards ensuring delays like these never occur again or are reduced to a minimum.
The following collections have been delayed due to a change in distributor and manufacturing delays:

Our current estimated fulfillment period is by the end of June 2024.
Reason for delay: Large volume of orders requiring a change of distributor and a manufacturing delay with the bundle snapshots.
Status: Awaiting snapshot shipments for bundles; individual item orders are being shipped by product and quantity.

Our current estimated fulfillment period is still during the month of June or July 2024. We are still in the process of checking if these delays will affect the fulfillment timeline significantly.
Reason for delay: Manufacturing delays with the Pillows and Acrylic Stands.
Current status: Awaiting inventory shipments from manufacturer.
Majority of the shop's items will be deactivated and we will have no new physical merchandise items released while we fulfill the current backlog of orders.
